Hinds Art Gallery - Making Sure You're Happy

At Hinds Art Gallery, we want you to be totally stoked with your purchase. We've got some common-sense return policies to keep things easy and fair.

Clothes and Apparel:

We get it - sizes can be tricky, or you might just change your mind. No worries! If your apparel doesn't fit or you had a change of heart, just send it back to us at 117 S Broadway, Tyler, TX 75702 for a full refund.

How to Return: Shoot us an email at downtowntylerart@gmail.com within 30 days, including your order number, what you're returning, and why. We'll give you the details on sending it back.

Condition Is Key: The item needs to be in the same condition you received it for a refund. Once we get it back and make sure it's all good, we'll refund you as soon as possible.

Prints (Premium and Budget):

These one-of-a-kind prints are the creative vision of artist Aaron Hinds himself. We put a ton of care into making sure they're top-notch quality.

Refunds for Issues: If there's a problem with the quality or printing, we're happy to make it right with a refund. Just email us about the issue.

No Returns for Preference Changes: Since each print is a labor of love, we can't accept returns just because you changed your mind about it. Picking art is hard - we get that!
